BAJO DE MINA MICRO HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT, 600 KW (IN OPERATION SINCE MAY OF 2014)

Design, manufacturing, supply, transport, erection, tests and commissioning of the main and auxiliary Electromechanical Equipment (Turnkey package of the electromechanical part of the Project):

  • Francis-type Turbine, horizontal shaft, Governor with Oil-hydraulic Unit, Three-phase Synchronous Generator, Excitation System, Butterfly Valve, Electrical and Control Equipment, Tool set and Erection accessories, Spare parts set recommended by Manufacturers;
  • Grounding network in the house, Grounding panel for the Generating Unit, Lifting mechanisms (Hoist with its travel beam), Fire protection System (detection, alarm and extinguishers), Power supply for own services, Interior Lighting and outside lighting of the house, and the integration of the “Equipment” to SCADA of the Bajo de Mina HPP;
  • Electromechanical and Integration Engineering of the “Equipment”,
  • Quality Supervision of the “Equipment”
  • Quality and Operation Tests of the Equipment.
  • Coordination and Progress control and the Quality Management of the Engineering and Erection of the Equipment;
  • Direction, Planning and Coordination of the Electromechanical activities;
  • Coordination and Progress control of the Quality Management and Commissioning.
  • Supply, Manufacturing, Transport, Trection and Commissioning of the Penstock.
