Studies, design, development, plan approval, and construction of the Seafood Market in Puerto Pedregal, District of David, Chiriquí Province.

- Wastewater treatment plant
- Market administration office
- Offices for the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP)
This first phase of the project is designed to provide a modern, functional, and safe infrastructure that promotes the economic and social development of the Puerto Pedregal community.
