San Andrés Hydroelectric Power Plant

SAN ANDRES HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT, 10 MW

Design, manufacturing, supply, transport, erection, tests and commissioning of the main and auxiliary Electromechanical Equipment (Turnkey package of the electromechanical part of the Project):

  • Francis-type Turbine, horizontal shaft, Governor with Oil-hydraulic Unit, Three-phase Synchronous Generator, Excitation System, Butterfly Valve, SCADA, Electrical and Control Equipment, Tool set and Erection accessories.
  • Grounding network in the house and Grounding panels for the Generating Unit, Lifting mechanisms (Hoist with its travel beam), Fire protection System (detection, alarm and extinguishers).
  • Travelling Crane.
  • Electromechanical and Integration Engineering of the equipment.
  • Electromechanical Direction and Coordination.
  • Progress control and Quality Management.
  • Electrical and mechanical Auxiliary equipment.
  • Hydromechanical Equipment (cranes, gates, servomotors, Hydraulic units, etc. for the Cañas Blancas Dam, La Paja Dam and Power House).
  • Erection and Commissioning.
  • Contaminated water, waste water and drinking water System.
  • Compressed air, Ventilation and Flow measurement System.
  • Penstock and Splitter (Y junction) of the Penstock.
  • Design, Supply, Erection, Connection and Start-up of the Substation of 12.5 MVA Output – 13.8/230 KV, Civil and Electromechanical works, and the Construction of the 230 Transmission line until the Interconnection to the National Electric Network of the Republic of Panama.
