Project Scope
- Mechanical Assembly of Equipment: We carried out the precise and professional installation of key equipment, including hoppers, silos, and all mechanical components necessary for the optimal operation of the rice processing plant. Each piece of equipment was installed in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, and Assembly of the Roofing Structure: We designed and built the roofing structure for the packaging and finished product warehouse, ensuring protection against weather conditions and a robust design that maximizes usable space. We handled the entire process, from material supply to final on-site assembly.
- Design, Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, and Assembly of Steel Platforms: We created custom steel platforms designed to optimize access and operability within the plant. These platforms were fabricated using high-strength materials and assembled with precision to ensure safety and durability.
- Design, Fabrication, Installation, and Dismantling of a Lifting System: We implemented a specialized lifting system for the safe and efficient assembly of the hoppers. This system was custom-designed for the project’s needs and dismantled upon completion of the installation.
